📝 How to Post Attendance (Week 1)
- Log into the Faculty Portal at https://my.cgcc.edu
- Click My Classes
- Click Gradebook
- Check that the correct term is selected.
- Click the course name of your class.
- Click the Final Grades tab.
- Submit an NS grade for anyone who has not attended during the first week of class.
- If it asks for a Last Date of Attendance, use either the first day of the term or the first day of the class.
- Email Registrar@cgcc.edu either a list of all students who've not attended or a note that all students have attended.
📊 Enter Final Grades
- Log into the Faculty Portal at https://my.cgcc.edu
- Click My Classes
- Click Gradebook
- Check that the correct term is selected.
- Click the course name of your class.
- Click the Final Grades tab.
- Post the letter grade.
- If a student is receiving a failing grade, submit a Last Date of Attendance.
📋 View Class Rosters
- Log into the Faculty Portal at https://my.cgcc.edu
- Click My Classes
- Click Roster Report
- Wait 2–3 minutes for it to load.
- If it doesn't load, email registrar@cgcc.edu for a current copy of your roster.
