Congratulations! You're accepted.

CGCC doesn't have special admissions criteria except for limited entry programs like nursing. Once you submit your application, you're in! That's it.

After you hit "submit" on the application, you'll receive an email with your MyCGCC login information and a welcome letter. You can print this letter and show it to anyone (employers, insurance agent, friends, mom) who wants to know you got into college.

Log in to MyCGCC with the login and password you received in your email. This is your student portal, where you will find your course information, financial aid notifications, student email access, and important information about your classes and student account.

Use Calendly to connect with an academic advisor. Advisors will help you get set up for registration, answer any questions you have about CGCC programs, and help you find any additional resources you need to be successful.

Though CGCC is affordable, you do need to make sure you have a plan to pay for classes. Make sure you've explored the following items, and reach out to our Financial Aid staff if you need help or have questions:

1. Fill out FAFSA or ORSAA - all eligible students should fill out the FAFSA or ORSAA. Not sure what you're eligible for? It only takes a few minutes, but it's important. CGCC's code is 041519.
2. Apply for scholarships - CGCC has scholarships available for students who qualify. Applying is free.
3. Activate your CGCC financial aid account - Log in to MyCGCC. Click on "My Financial Aid," then click on "Global Portal" and sign up/create an account. You will receive your award letter and other important information from Global Financial Aid Services in your CGCC email.
