Nancey Patten, Director
Nancey has been the director of Child Care Partners since September, 2010. She has a long history of working in the field of Early Childhood, starting with 17 years as a family child care provider.
“Retiring” from child care, Nancey joined Child Care Partners’ staff as the Provider Specialist in 1995. After five years with the program Nancey moved to Mid-Columbia Children’s Council, where she held a variety of positions over an 11 year period. But her heart always remained in child care and Child Care Partners, where she continued to teach classes.
As Director, Nancey does community outreach and continues to teach classes, as well as many other responsibilities.
Noemi Ochoa, T&TA Specialist
Noemi developed her passion for Early Childhood at Mt. Hood Community College. While attending Mt. Hood Community College, she worked for OCDC and The Next Door, Inc. After graduating from college Noemi worked as an Associate Teacher and Family Health Advocate for six years, working with children and families, as well as community partners in the White Salmon area.
Noemi is currently providing bilingual services and will be assisting providers with Spark (Formerly QRIS) and the Oregon Registry.
Brenda Massie, Quality Improvement Specialist
Brenda joins Child Care Partners with a wealth of experience. She received her degree in Early Childhood and Family Studies from Columbia Gorge Community College. Brenda is excited about her new journey with Child Care Partners.
Brenda's goal is to become a Master Trainer. She will be working with a Focused Child Care Network.
