June 9: Accounts Payable monthly cut-off date for May expenses

June 13: Columbia Gorge Community College Board of Education Meeting and Budget Hearing

The College Board will hear public comment on the approved budget, review any proposed changes and adopt resolutions for the 2017-18 fiscal year beginning July 1, 2016. All final budget adjustments to FY 2016-17 budgets must be submitted to the Board on June 14, 2017.

June 15: Last day to order goods or services to be delivered by June 30, 2017

June 16: June payroll timesheets are due for all payroll to be expensed and paid by June 30

June 30: June payroll posts to the general ledger

July 3: First day to roll open POs to new fiscal year

July 7: Last day to submit trips in FY 2016-17 for travel completed by June 30, 2017

July 20: Accounts Payable cut-off date for final June expenses for FY 2016-17

July 31: Last day to post journal entries to FY 2016-17

September: Deadline for preliminary FY 2016-17 financial statements to the auditor
