The Smithsonian Institution is offering a 10-week paid summer internship specifically for rural college students. This opportunity is designed to match students with placements across the Smithsonian that align with their academic and career interests.

Program Details

What: 10-week Smithsonian Internship (Summer 2026)

Commitment: 20–40 hours per week

Compensation: $7,000 stipend

Transportation: $750 provided for travel

Housing: Not provided
