Columbia Gorge Community College's (CGCC) permanent property tax rate is $0.2703 per thousand of taxable assessed value subject to the the Measure 5 property tax limitation (page 3) on taxable property within the college boundaries in Hood River and Wasco Counties.

Annual levies for voter-approved general obligation bonds vary depending on the total debt service due for the year and the assessed value of taxable property within the district boundary for each bond levy.
