Take a mid-day pause to explore how stress and recovery move in natural cycles. This session will focus practical ways to stay steady during busy times while also creating space for real, restorative rest. We'll explore how our energy, stress and capacity naturally rise and fall like the tides, and how small, intentional shifts can help us manage pressure with more clarity, focus and balance.
Food will be provided (more info to come). We will do a brief mindfulness exercise, a short teaching, and an impactful experiential activity focused on both stress management and recovery.
