Punch needle (aka rug hooking or tufting) is the art of making decorative rugs—though they don’t have to be on the floor! You can use punch needling to make intricate rug-textured coasters, wall hangings, and more.
Join us for a crafternoon of making coasters / mug rugs from punch needle kits! There are many designs to choose from, and you can also design your own. This workshop is open to current CGCC students and alumni.
The workshop is taught in English and led by Danny Jacobsen, Library Assistant and Fiber Artist. If you have questions about the workshop, please email Danny at djacobsen@cgcc.edu.
