Fen Kacin

Fen (they/he) is new to the Columbia Gorge, having moved here from Reno, Nevada with their husband in February 2024. They have a background in university-level education, program development, project management, and community service/outreach. Fen is passionate about creating direct positive impact within the community and improving accessibility of services and opportunities for marginalized people. He is also deeply invested in fostering a safe and welcoming environment for all, based on a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Fen spends his free time reading, volunteering, cooking, and making art. They live in Hood River with their husband and pets – one cat and two snakes.
