Bio

Cat (Catherine) began working at CGCC in 2022 as the Academic Pathways Coordinator, focusing primarily on the College Now program. Prior to CGCC, Cat taught in the K-12 system, working in Elementary Special Education and Secondary Social Studies. Cat has lived all over the Pacific Northwest, but she considers Council, Idaho to be her hometown. She recently moved to The Dalles, where she spends most of her free time PC and VR gaming. Her favorite historical topics include the Korean War, Twentieth Century China, Eighteenth Century Russia, and the Kootenai Tribe of Idaho’s Declaration of War in 1974.
