Course Description

Introduces structured group cycling. Promotes improved cardiorespiratory conditioning, muscle strength and endurance, flexibility and body composition. Promotes active energy through fun, inspiringmusic and cycling movement. Audit available.

Intended Outcomes

Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
