College Now Parent/Guardian Permission

Starting with the 2023-24 School Year, all students must submit a signed permission form to CGCC.

The form can be signed digitally or an edited and signed PDF can be sent to cgraham@cgcc.edu. The PDF can also be printed out and turned in to a College Now teacher.

Note: This form only needs to be completed once and is valid until the student turns 18 and/or graduates high school.
