BP 6300 – Fiscal Management

The President shall establish administrative procedures to assure that Columbia Gorge Community College’s fiscal management is in accordance with Oregon State local budgeting laws and regulations.

Fiscal objectives, procedures, and constraints are to be communicated to the Board of Education and Columbia Gorge Community College employees.

Adjustments to the budget will be made in a timely manner, when necessary.

The President shall also establish procedures that satisfy the U.S. Education Department General Administrative Regulations (EDGAR) for any federal funds received by Columbia Gorge Community College.

The books and records of Columbia Gorge Community College shall be maintained pursuant to applicable state and federal law.

The President will present a quarterly report showing the financial and budgetary conditions of Columbia Gorge Community College to the Board of Education.
