CGCC Associated Student Government (ASG) officers are here to serve students. We welcome your thoughts, ideas, and concerns. There are several ways to get in touch!

Drop by during office hours

Our office is located in Student Life, across from the Library in Building 1. Hours change each term based on our class schedules and are posted on the office door.

Attend a meeting

ASG meets weekly in the Building 1 Small Board Room (down the hall away from the Hook Cafe). Fall term meetings are held Fridays at 1 p.m.

Mission

Our mission is to listen to and advocate for ALL student voices. We aim to facilitate enriching, engaging campus-wide events that create a feeling of community, belonging, and fun!

What Do We Do?

We want to help create a thriving student life at CGCC. We strive to be visible in the community through volunteer activities and events. We provide opportunities for fun in CGCC Student Life by opening our doors to encourage fellowship and friendship among CGCC students and staff. We serve as a liaison between students and administration.

Get Involved!

ASG is a great way to build leadership skills, participate in advocacy at the campus, state, and even national levels, and have fun doing it! Serving in ASG also provides 8–12 credits of tuition waivers.
