Teaching Remotely

Remote teaching involves a faculty member facilitating course instruction from an off-campus location using tools such as Moodle and Zoom. Communication can be asynchronous (e.g. Moodle discussion forums, Gmail) or synchronous (e.g. Zoom web conferencing, phone).

By the start of each term, all sections are required to have a syllabus and introductory communication posted in Moodle for students regarding how instruction will take place.

In response to the coronavirus pandemic, CGCC is offering remote instruction. CGCC welcomes all students to join us on this journey. It is our goal to provide our students with the best course content we can so that your studies don't suffer. This page has information and resources.
