The Board of Education's management authority will be delegated through the president to the administrative staff as shown in the organizational structure chart of the college. Lines of authority on the chart represent direction of authority and responsibility. The president may reorganize lines of authority and revise the organizational chart by making changes including creating or eliminating positions. The Board expects the president to keep the administrative structure current with the needs for supervision and accountability within the system and the fiscal parameters of the college.
