The days and hours for this position are Thursdays and Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Job Type: Part-time (potentially turn into a full-time position with benefits) Salary: $14.00 Per Hour

Responsibilities

The Front Desk/Data Entry Clerk is a key role within our firm. This individual will report directly to the Executive Administrator and is responsible for entering data, answering phones, greeting clients, filing and general administrative duties.

Job functions will include, but not be limited to the following: Compiling and sorting information. Entering data into a database. General administrative duties.

Qualifications

Ideal candidate will display the following characteristics: Accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks at once. Professional written communication skills. An eagerness to learn and overcome challenges. Resourceful problem solver. Positive attitude and open, respectful communication.

Experience: Quickbooks knowledge is helpful, but not required. No experience needed. We will train the right candidate.
