Background

Noemí developed her passion for Early Childhood at Mount Hood Community College, while attending college she worked for OCDC and with The Next Door Inc. After attending MHCC, Noemí worked as an Associate Teacher and Family Health Advocate for six years, working with children and families as well as community partners in the White Salmon area.

Noemí is currently the Assistant Director for Child Care Partners, Child Care Resource and Referal program. Noemi supports the Program Director, Nancey Patten, with any special projects that Child Care Partners' is working on, along with being the programs Infant and Toddler Specialist and Bilingual Specialist. Noemi works closely with our Spanish Speaking community through training, technical assisstance, business practices, and supporting the increase of quality child care in the 5 county region that Child Care Partners' serves. She also supports Child Care Partners' staff and works closely with local partners and organizations for advocacy for Early Childhood Education and Care Professionals.
