How do I register a complaint about a class?
How do I register for a Community Education class?
I had a family emergency that prevented me from completing a class, can I get a refund for the class?
You can petition for a refund by contacting the Community Education administrator at (541) 506-6123.
If I drop a course, can I get a refund?
Yes, as long as you drop it by the refund date. Community Education classes may be dropped online, in person at Student Services, or over the phone with a Student Services representative. Non-refundable lab fees are not eligible for a refund.
Students are entitled to a 100% tuition refund when a course is dropped during the following deadlines:
- Class that meets 1-2 weeks: drop prior to the first session.
- Class that meets 3 or more weeks: drop prior to the second session.
- No refunds will be given after the deadline.
If I never attend a class I register for, do I still have to pay for it?
Yes, unless you officially drop the class by the refund date for that class.
