90.E - Community and Student Use of Facilities

Student and community groups shall be permitted to use college facilities if:

  1. The college determines that the use has educational value which will further the college curriculum;
  2. The use will not interfere with or disrupt the college’s programs, activities or educational mission, and;
  3. The use is pre-approved in writing by the president or the president’s designee.

Use of facilities by organizations of college employees is permitted when pre-approved in writing by the college president or authorized pursuant to an existing collective bargaining agreement.

Use by the college or by the college in partnership with other organizations shall be as determined by the college and is not subject to this policy.
