Program degree audit (or advising) sheets are essential in planning your educational career here at CGCC and should be reviewed with your advisor. (If you need help, stop by the Welcome & Information center in the Student Center building).
How to build a program degree audit sheet:
In order to complete a program degree audit sheet you will need
(1) Your unofficial transcript and current class schedule
This is available on COAST
and
(2) The advising sheet for your program of study
This is available by clicking here Advising/Degree Audit Sheets
Select your program of study from the list and print the advising sheet.
Step 1 On the advising sheet, fill in your completed coursework (from your unofficial transcript)
Step 2 Fill in your coursework in progress
Step 3 Identify coursework to be completed on the degree advising sheet
Step 4 Bring your program degree audit advising sheet to your advisor for review
