- Interlibrary loan privileges are extended to the following patrons:
- Currently enrolled students – students must prove they are registered for the current semester and provide photo identification (driver's license, etc.
- Currently enrolled Brunswick Center students – students must prove they are registered for the current semester and provide photo identification (driver's license, etc.)
- Currently employed staff, faculty, and administrators (including part-time, or adjunct staff and faculty)
- Retired staff, faculty, and administrators
- All interlibrary loan requests will be verified against the holdings of Gould Memorial Library prior to being filled
- Interlibrary loan forms must be filled out completely before requests can be filled
- Interlibrary loan agreements exist between Coastal Georgia Community College - Gould Memorial Library and the following consortia
- SOLINET - The Southeastern Library Network
- GOLD – Georgia OnLine Database
- GIL – GALILEO Interconnected Libraries
- LVIS – Libraries Very Interested In Sharing
- The following Interlibrary Loan policies and procedures are recognized and adhered to by Coastal Georgia Community College – Gould Memorial Library:
- The Interlibrary Loan Code of the United States
- GIL Interlibrary Loan Policies and Procedures
- Resource Sharing Policies and Procedures of the University System of Georgia Coastal Library Consortium
- Interlibrary loan materials are subject to the policies of the lending library
- Coastal Georgia Community College – Gould Memorial Library adheres to all laws and regulations governing the use of copyright material as described in Title 17 of the U.S. Code
