Student Services Administrative Assistant- Admissions & Enrollment FT 1.0 FTE (40 hrs/wk)

Position Status: Accepting Applications

 

This full-time position works under the supervision of the Registrar for all duties, including, but not limited to, dissemination of information to students, admissions, and registration functions.  HS diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 1 year closely related work experience required. This is a full-time Classified position with a starting wage of $12.42/hr. CGCC application, cover letter, and resume required to apply and application deadline is July 29, 2015 at 5 pm.

The Admissions & Enrollment Administrative Assistant works under the supervision of the Registrar for all duties, including, but not limited to, dissemination of information to students, admissions and registration functions. HS diploma or equivalent required.  Minimum of 1 year closely related work experience required. This is a part-time Classified position with a starting wage of $12.42/hr. Library Assistant II

Position Status: Screening Applications, No Longer Accepting Applications

This position provides core services to support patrons use of of Library resources and services. Library Assistants are responsible for specialized areas of library operations and provide support to the Director of Library Services.  In addition, as ours is a small academic library, all library staff are expected to participate in most aspects of library operations. Associate Degreeor equivalent relevant work experience and/or education required.  Minimum of two years’ experience working as a library assistant or as an assistant in a busy, complex, office environment requiring multi-tasking, customer service, and ability to work independently.  Minimum of two years’ experience working with word processing and spreadsheet computer applications, such Microsoft Word and Excel. This position is non-exempt and has a starting wage of $13.97/hr + benefits.  CGCC application, cover letter, and resume are required to apply and application deadline is July 24, 2015 at 5 p.m.
