Contract Management for Work Teams
This one day workshop is for managers of contracts small or large; public or private. Upon completion of the workshop, students should be able to understand these three key areas: the role of a project manager in the contract process, the roles and responsibilities of contracting staff, and the roles and responsibilities for your business and finance staff. Cost is $79.
