Wonderworks Children's Museum

July 11, 2012

We have exciting news! Wonderworks will be moving to their new location at 206 Madison Street,  in downtown The Dalles. The playstation at the United Congregational Church was open for their last day on Saturday, June 23rd. They are hoping to reopen at the new location on August 1st.

You can keep up on all of the new developments on their Facebook page. They ask for everyone's patience during this moving process!

Wonderworks Children's Museum of the Gorge has been entertaining, educating and connecting families in the region since 1977. As a grassroots organization, they were created, operated, and sustained by volunteers in the community for over 30 years.

Wonderworks strives to give children and their families experiences in an original, interactive environment that will cultivate, challenge and uphold their creative and intellectual potential.

Visitors to the Playstation can pay a daily admission or you can become a member. Members enjoy unlimited visits to the Playstation for the entire family. Family memberships include access for all kids, parents, grandparents, and any other adults tagging along for fun!

Members of Wonderworks Children's Museum also receive special admission rates for programs and classes offered throughout the year, invitations to VIP events, as well as discounts to other Northwest Children's Museums, including the Portland Children's Museum.
