Application Procedures

Undergraduate Admissions
- Complete the GSU Application, Grade Release Waiver, and blue Initial Contact Card.
- It is your responsibility to order your transcripts from all previously attended schools and to pay any fees required by the schools. As indicated on the Transcript Request Form, transcripts should be mailed to The Brunswick Center office not to main campus.
- Have the Certificate of Immunization form completed by your physician or clinic. The form must be signed and stamped by a physician or clinic.
- Return Application, Grade Release Waiver, Initial Contact Card, Medical History Form, and Certficate of Immunization to The Brunswick Center with the $50 application fee.
- You may check the progress of your application on GSU's WINGS website (see link on left sidebar). The WINGS website will allow you to see if you need to submit additional paperwork for admission into GSU.
