8:30-1 & 2-6
Camden Center Hours
July 29-30
9-1 & 2-6
Daily Buy Back will begin again August 25th.
RETAIL BUYS (buying back for the CCG Bookstore)
We are usually able to pay 50% of purchase price, but book prices are based on the following:
- If the book is a current edition.
- If the book is being used on campus next semester.
- The number of books currently in stock.
- The number of books requested next semester by professor.
- The type of book. We cannot usually buy back workbooks.
- If the book is bought and sold as part of a package, we may not be able to buy it back without all package components.
- The condition of the book (with limited writing and highlighting).
WHOLESALE BUYS
The CCG Bookstore also contracts with wholesale book companies. If we cannot directly buy a book for use in our store, we can sometimes buy it back for return to a wholesale warehouse where it will be sold to other college bookstores. Book wholesale companies determine prices (up to 35% of new price) based on the following:
- National demand for the book
- Condition of the book
- Edition of book
Book buy back is a service provided to the students of CCG. We are under no obligation to buy any book.
